Loyalty Program For iOS/Android
Cyklon Bonus app was developed for clients to help them easily accumulate bonuses and spend them on future purchases in the Cyklon Avtocenter. The app helps the company to improve client interaction and attract new customers by suggesting favorable conditions.
The program was done with the React Native framework and covers two platforms – iOS and Android. Users can download Cyklon Bonus on both App Store and Google Play.

The app was developed by considering the UI/UX best practices along with the up to date serverless technologies. The design was created and provided in the digital design toolkit – Sketch.
The database was developed by using DynamoDB, as for the back-end part, we have used Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway. The Push Notifications functionality was implemented by using Firebase.

How it works:
A manager chooses the type of service on the company’s side of the app.
Scans the QR Code on the client’s phone.
The app accumulates the number of completed services and displays every 10th service as free.
After a particular amount of money a client spends, the app shows a percentage of discount available.
